Return & Exchange

You have 30 days (from the day you receive your order) to return new, unworn, or unused products for a full refund of the cost of the goods.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, we advise that you return item(s) in their original packaging (we suggest re-using the bag) to ensure products remain undamaged in transit and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit to us.

Please return the products in their original shoe box. If you do not, we reserve the right to charge a £5 fee.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt at our warehouse. Exchanges (where applicable) will be processed depending on availability.

If you return items to us by mistake, we will need to apply a delivery charge delivery again to them, if you would like the items redelivered to you.

UK Returns:

Returning or exchanging items purchased in the UK is FREE and easy! Just follow these steps:

Open the Returns Portal - here

Enter your Order Number (top right of your invoice).

Select the item(s) you want to return.

Choose a refund or exchange. Your first exchange will be free of charge. For subsequent exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Pick your preferred shipment option. This will generate an RMA number which will be automatically assigned to your return in our system.  Please note all returns require an Esska RMA number, so please do not return items without an RMA.
Please add your return slip inside the package.

Drop off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown on the Returns Portal.  Please retain proof of postage/ a posting receipt in case we require it to process your exchange or return.

You can track your return parcel through the carrier website and follow its journey back to our warehouse.

Once we receive and process your return, your refund or replacement will be sent out. Returns typically take 10 working days to process from receipt at our warehouse.

Royal Mail returns usually take 5 working days to reach us from the day you posted them.

Return to Studio:

If you prefer a direct refund, you’re welcome to return your item(s) in person at our Studio. Once received, we will inspect the item, and if everything is in order, we will process your refund immediately.

International Returns (outside of the UK):

International returns are at your own cost.

We have included a guide price below for reference. Please note, our system uses live shipping costs and exchange rates and as a result pricing may change.

EU - £12 which is approximately €14.50
US - £25 which is approximately $30.00
ROW - £30 which is approximately €36.00

Please note, the above courier prices are subsidised by us and include relevant taxes and duties. 

Returns should be made through our Returns Portal.  If returns are sent outside of our Returns Portal, we reserve the right to deduct any important taxes and duties charged to us from your refund.

when returning an item for customers from: 
Canary Islands, Finland, France, India, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and Spain

Please note: Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Upon return to us, any duties or taxes charged to us will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges on international orders, if you would like to try different sizes/designs please return your unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.

Damaged Items:

If for any reason you have received damaged or faulty shoes, please contact us right away. You can reach us at: support@esska.co.uk

To assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item in your message.

For returns, simply follow the return process through the Returns Portal as with normal returns and select the reason: "Item is faulty/damaged."

We will arrange a refund or exchange (exchange for the UK only). Shipping (to you and back to us) will be refunded too on damaged or faulty items.  You have 30 days from delivery to return the damaged or faulty item for a refund through our Returns Portal. After that time, please contact us to discuss so that we can pre-approve before returning. In order to process returns and repairs after 30 days, an RMA number will be required. This can be provided by our support team.
