Return & Exchange


Please follow the steps below to return your item.
Please note UK and International returns have different processes as shown below:

For UK orders only:

If you wish to return your order for a refund or an exchange, please use our returns and exchange portal.

Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange your items with ease - just follow these steps:

1. Open the Returns Portal - here
2. Enter your Order Number - this is at the top right of your invoice.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
4. Select if you would like to Return for a refundExchange or Return for a Store Credit for each of your items.
If you decide to return for a store credit, we are offering a 10% bonus which can be used on our website to purchase an item in the future. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains it's value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0.
5. Select your preferred shipment option.
6. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal.
7. Once we receive and verify your returned items your refund/ credit or replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that. 

Sale items, samples and seconds are not eligible for free returns.  Please return your items to:

We suggest using a tracked service to ensure your items arrive back safely.

We will issue you a refund (excluding the original shipping charge) on receipt of the return or exchange the item upon your request and depending on availability.

Please note - Royal Mail returns will usually take 2-4 days to be delivered to us. 

For International/non UK orders:

The best way to return your item is via our return shipping partner using our International Returns Portal here. This allows you to create a Return Label and send back the goods with DHL using our negotiated discounted rates. You don't have to pay the prepaid return post separately as it is deducted from your refund. Prices for this service vary depending on location, but it is usually the most cost effective way for you to return your goods. Please log into the portal to process your return. 

Please note, shipping charges, duties and taxes are not refundable.

You can return your item with a local postal service of your choice, however any duties and taxes charged to us by the shipper will be removed from your refund.

We are unable to offer exchange for international orders at the moment. We will issue a refund and you will need to create a new order.

You have 28 days (from the day your receive your order) to return new, unworn or unused products for a full refund of the cost of the goods. We advise the customers to return items in their original packaging to ensure products remain undamaged in transit.
