Please note, orders received by 12 noon GMT/BST on a working (week) day, will be dispatched the same day.  

We will endeavour to ship orders placed after this time, but we cannot guarantee they will ship the same day.

Please note that orders received on Friday after 12 noon will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (if it's not a bank holiday).

Collect from the Esska Studio - FREE - Unit 7, Roslin Square, Roslin Road, Acton, London, W3 8DH. Please contact us to confirm opening hours. 

ROYAL MAIL – Tracked 24hr* - From £5.75 - This is a tracked service aiming to deliver within 1 working day. This excludes national holidays. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. 

ROYAL MAIL – Tracked 48 – 2 to 3 days - From £4.75 - 
This is a tracked service aiming to deliver within 2 working days. This excludes national holidays. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. 

DHL COURIER – Next Working Day* (except Saturday) - From £6.50 - This is a tracked and signed for delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. Your package will be delivered with DHL. 

OTHER COURIER – 1-2 Days (except Saturday) - From £7.50 - This is a tracked and signed for delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. Your package will be delivered by one of our courier partners. 

ROYAL MAIL – Saturday Special Delivery  – Please contact customer service if you require this option, as it will be priced according to your address and the weight of the parcel.

EUROPE 

We offer a DHL courier service for the EU  – Starting from €5.00 

USA

We offer a DHL courier service for the USA: DHL COURIER – Starting from $5

REST OF THE WORLD

For Rest of the world, we offer a courier service with DHL. You will find the rate of the shipping when you get to the check out page. 


DUTY and import VAT:

For shipments to the EU, our prices include duty, taxes, and any extra fees. You will not be asked to pay anything upon receiving the goods. 

For international shipments, you may be asked to pay duty or import VAT when you receive your order. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information.

If you refuse a shipment from Esska, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Esska. Additionally, please note that when ordering from the Website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our International customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Where we offer free shipping with duties and taxes paid, these relate to a customer's delivery/inbound shipment.  They do not relate to any goods you decide to return.  Esska reserves the right to amend free shipping with duties and taxes paid at any time and without warning. 

* Our 3rd party shipping partners class next day/24hr shipping from the time they receive the parcel. Our cut off for sending orders the same day is 12.00 noon. We cannot guarantee orders received after this time will ship on the same day.
Delivery times are based on our 3rd party providers service levels. Unfortunately we have no control over the speed of delivery once we have handed a shipment to our partners. If you have not received your order within the specified time, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
