Delivery Policy

Orders received by 12 noon GMT/BST on a working day (i.e. not a weekend or public holiday) will be dispatched the same day. We will do our best to ship orders placed after this time on the same day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Please note that orders received on Friday after 12 noon will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (if it's not a public holiday in the UK).

United Kingdom:

Collect from the Esska Studio:

This service is free of charge.
Our address is Esska Unit 7, Roslin Square, Roslin Road, Acton, London, W3 8DH.

We are open weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 10am – 4pm.
You will receive an email when your order is read for collection.

If you are unsure about our opening hours, please contact us prior to collecting to avoid disappointment.

Please note ‘collect from studio orders’ will be held for 2 weeks. After this date, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

The nearest train stations are Acton Town Tube Station (District Line and Piccadilly Line) and South Acton Overground Station. The Studio is accessed from Roslin Road. Please note there is no access from Bollo Bridge Road.

UK Mainland delivery options:

Royal Mail – Tracked 48 – 2 to 3 days - From £4.75 - This is a tracked service and Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days. This excludes national holidays. You will receive your tracking number when we fulfil your order.

DPD courier – Next Working Day (Not Weekend) - From £6.00 - This is a tracked and signed delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. Your package will be delivered by DPD.

DHL courier – Next Working Day (Not Weekend) - From £6.50 - This is a tracked and signed delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. Your package will be delivered by DHL.

Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands:

Royal Mail – Tracked 48 – 2 to 3 days - From £4.75 - This is a tracked service and Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days. This excludes national holidays. You will receive your tracking number when we fulfil your order.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Republic of Ireland delivery is managed under our Europe shipping option.

EUROPE:

We offer an international courier service for orders to the EU  – This service starts from €5.00.

You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order.

We ship using the incoterm Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means duties are prepaid and are included in the price of your purchase.  Please see ‘Duty and Import Tax’ below for further guidance.

USA:

We offer an international courier service for orders to the USA  – This service starts from $5.00.

You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order.

We ship using the incoterm Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means duties are prepaid and are included in the price of your purchase.  Please see Duty and Import Tax below for further guidance.

REST OF THE WORLD:

We offer an international courier service.  The price or shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order.

Order Acceptance:

Orders placed online are considered an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We try to ensure that availability information is correct, but sometimes stock can sell out quickly. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a refund for the unavailable garment. To make sure we process your order correctly, please ensure all information provided regarding your address, personal details, delivery address and payment method is correct and accurate.

Delivery Promise:

We endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible and to honour the timescales for your chosen delivery method. However, during peak periods there may be delays that are beyond our control. We will proactively communicate with you as soon as we are aware of an issue.

Missing Parcels:

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame (usually about 7 working days), please notify us as quickly as possible so that we can work with our delivery partners to trace your parcel.

Duty and import tax:

Our prices include duty and taxes. You should not be asked to pay these upon receiving the goods.

For deliveries outside of the UK, we use a third party to provide to you a price based on delivery location that includes these duties and taxes. On rare occasion, it may be possible that additional charges may be levied on your order. We do not have control over this and will not be liable for these.

If you refuse a shipment from Esska, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Esska. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from our website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. Your privacy is important to us, and we would like our International customers receiving and dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Where we offer shipping with duties and taxes paid, this relates to a customer's delivery/inbound shipment.  Except in the UK, this does not relate to any goods you return. Esska reserves the right to amend shipping fees at any time and without notice on new orders.

Our 3rd party shipping partners class next day/24hr shipping from the time they receive the parcel. Delivery times are based on our 3rd party providers service levels. If you have not received your order within the specified time, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
