Refund Policy

Returns 
Our return policy is 14 days from the day you receive your order.  If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For UK orders,
If you wish to return your order for a refund or an exchange, please use our returns and exchange portal here

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For international (non-UK) orders, please follow the instructions on you invoice or see below under shipping.  Please use out International returns portal here 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by us within 3 days.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, however the time it take your card issuer to process your refund back to your original payment method will vary based on their processing time. This can take up to 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, remembering it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted to your account by your card issuer/ bank.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Sale items may be refunded unless specified otherwise.

Samples and Seconds Sale items (if applicable) 
The cost of returns shall be paid for by the customer.

December purchases (if applicable)
We know people like to gift Esska during the festive period. Gifts can be retuned for a full refund in line with our standard terms. The return/exchange period for festive gifts bought between 1st December and 22nd December has been extended to 4 weeks.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
For UK customers, we are happy to exchange - this can be completed via our return portal here
All exchanges will be shipped by Royal Mail tracked 48 regardless of the original shipping method.

For international (non-UK) customers, unfortunately we can't offer exchange. You will need to create a new order. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should post your product to: Unit 7, Roslin Square, Roslin Road, London, W3 8DH

For UK customers, we offer FREE returns via Royal Mail. Please ensure you receive and retain your proof of postage and tracking number.

Free returns are excluded on Sale or Promotional items.  We suggest using a tracked service as Esska cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

For International orders, we offer you the option to create a Return Label and send back the goods with DHL using our negotiated discounted rates. You don't pay the prepaid return post separately, it is deducted from your refund. Please log into the portal to process your return here

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
