Refund Policy

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund or exchange, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Please return the products in their original shoe box. If you do not, we reserve the right to charge a £5 fee.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject and return to sender any goods damaged or worn if customers do not inform us before returning the order or mention it on our return portal.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by us within 3 days.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, however the time it takes your card issuer to process your refund back to your original payment method will vary based on their processing time. This can take up to 14 days from the day we receive your returned products.

Gifts:

You can return or exchange gifts but we will send the refund through to the person who made the original purchase, using the card or payment method they used.

Purchases made with an introductory or discount code:

If you used an introductory or discount code, we will refund the amount you actually paid after discount for the returned product.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, remembering it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted to your account by your card issuer/ bank.

Store credits:

Where an item has been sent back to Esska outside of the standard return window and has been accepted by Esska in its sole discretion, we may issue to you a store credit.
