Refund Policy

Returns 
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by us within 3 days.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, however the time it take your card issuer to process your refund back to your original payment method will vary based on their processing time. This can take up to 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, remembering it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted to your account by your card issuer/ bank.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Sale items may also be refunded unless specified otherwise.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
For UK customers, we are happy to exchange any item but we can not guarantee we have what you want in stock. Send us an email at support@esska.co.uk

For international customers, unfortunately we can't offer exchange. You will need to create a new order. 

 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should post your product to: 183 Acton Lane, London, W4 5DA

For UK customers, we offer FREE returns. You will get a Royal Mail return slip in your package.

For International orders, you can return your item with your local postal service (or any of your choice), or if you prefer, we offer you the option to create a Return Label and send back the goods with DHL using our negotiated discounted rates. You don't pay the prepaid return post separately, it is deducted from your refund. Please log into the portal to process your return
