ROYAL MAIL – Tracked 48 – 2 to 3 days - From £4.00 - This is a tracked service aiming to deliver within 2 working days. This excludes national holidays. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order.
DHL COURIER – Next Working Day (except Saturday) - From £10.00 - This is a tracked, signed for, and guaranteed next day delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. Your package will be delivered with DHL.
OTHER COURIER – 1-2 Days (except Saturday) - From £5.00 - This is a tracked, signed for, next day delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. Your package will be delivered by one of our courier partners.
ROYAL MAIL – Saturday Special Delivery Guaranteed – £20.00 - For orders placed on Friday before 1pm, delivery will be on Saturday and should take place between 9-5pm. This excludes national holidays.
Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands) DHL – Tracked & Signed for – 1 to 2 business days - €10.00

For Rest of the world, we offer a courier service with DHL. You will find the rate of the shipping when you get to the check out page.
Note on DUTY and import VAT:
For shipments to the EU, our prices include duty, taxes, and any extra fees. You will not be asked to pay anything upon receiving the goods.
For international shipments, you may be asked to pay duty or import VAT when you receive your order. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information.
If you refuse a shipment from Esska, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Esska. Additionally, please note that when ordering from the Website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our International customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

You have 14 days (from the day your receive your order) to return new, unworn or unused products for a full refund of the cost of the goods. We advise the customers to return items in their original packaging to ensure products remain undamaged in transit.
For UK orders only:
If you wish to return your order for a refund or an exchange, you need to do so on our portal: esskashoes.com/a/returns and you then have 7 days to post your package.
The link will allow you to create a FREE Royal Mail label. You can either print the label yourself or take your item to the Post Office along with the QR code you will receive by email from Royal Mail and they will print the label.
Royal Mail also offer a collection service for £0.60 and you can select this option on the Royal Mail web site while processing your return.
We will issue you a refund (excluding the original shipping charge) on receipt of the return or exchange the item upon your request and depending on availability.
All exchanges are shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48, regardless of the original shipping method.
For non-UK/ international orders:
You can return your item with your local postal service (or any of your choice), or if you prefer, we offer you the option to create a Return Label and send back the goods with DHL using our negotiated discounted rates. You don't have to pay the prepaid return post separately as it is deducted from your refund. Prices for this service vary depending on location, but it is usually the most cost effective way for you to return your goods. Please log into the portal to process your return.
Please note, shipping charges, duties and taxes are not refundable.
We are unable to offer exchange for international orders. We will issue a refund and you will need to create a new order.
