Return & Exchange
Please follow the steps below to return your item.
There is a £2.00 fee for returning items in the UK. This is to cover the cost of processing the return and re-packing.
If you wish to return your order for a refund or an exchange, please use our returns and exchange portal.
Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange
your items with ease - just follow these steps:

- Enter your Order Number - this is at the top right of your invoice.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return
- Select if you would like to Return for a refund or Exchange (Exchanges are for UK orders only) for each of your items.
- Select your preferred shipment option.
- Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown on the portal.
- Once we receive and verify your returned items your refund/ credit or replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.
We will issue you a refund (excluding the original shipping charge) on receipt of the return or exchange the item upon your request and depending on availability.
For International/non UK orders:
Our portal is the most efficient way to return your items as any taxes and duties are included.
We are unable to offer exchanges for international orders. The best option is to return and re-order.

You have 30 days (from the day you receive your order) to return new, unworn or unused products for a full refund of the cost
of the goods. We advise the customers to return items in their original packaging to ensure products remain undamaged in transit.
