General Contest Terms and Conditions
These General Contest Terms and Conditions (“Contest Terms”) apply to all contests (“Contest(s)”) operated by Esska Shoes Limited, 7 Roslin Square, London, W3 8DH, United Kingdom. Registered in the UK: 05825485 (“we”, “”us”, “our”).
Specific rules for a Contest will be notified alongside the relevant Contest. These Contest Terms are incorporated for all Contests. In case of conflict between the Contest rules and these Contest Terms, these Contest Terms shall prevail.
By entering the Contest, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Contest Terms and any Contest rules notified.
Contest are open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over. For the avoidance of doubt, the UK excludes the Republic of Ireland. The Contests are not, however, open to our employees, their families, representatives or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
Where a Contest requires user generated content, we shall be entitled to repost any content submitted by entrants on our social channels or otherwise for marketing purposes. User generated content shall be governed by our Content Policy and Privacy Policy.
We do not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
Winner(s) will be notified as per the Contest rules. If a winner does not respond to us as we request within 7 days of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner.
The Contest prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Contest will be governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute which cannot be resolved between us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
