1. The Promoter and key details
1.1 The Promoter is Esska Shoes Limited (company number 05825485), whose registered office is at 7 Roslin Square, London, W3 8DH ("ESSKA", "we", "us").
1.2 The prize draw is called the ESSKA £500 Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw"). It opens at 00:01 GMT on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 15 November 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be included.
1.3 The Prize Draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
1.4 By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any instructions on how to enter, as shown on the entry page, also form part of these terms. If they conflict, these terms take priority.
2. Who can enter
2.1 The Prize Draw is open worldwide to anyone aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry. It is not open where prize draws of this kind are prohibited or restricted by local law, and entries from those places will be void.
2.2 Employees of ESSKA, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw may not enter.
2.3 We may ask the winner for proof of age, identity and eligibility. If they cannot provide this within 7 days, we may choose another winner.
3. How to enter
3.1 To enter, go to https://esskashoes.com/pages/esska-500-prizedraw and submit your email address using the entry form before the Closing Date.
3.2 New entrants: submitting the form signs you up to the ESSKA newsletter. This is made clear on the entry form before you submit.
3.3 Existing subscribers: if you already receive the ESSKA newsletter, you still need to submit your email address through the entry form to be entered. Your existing subscription will continue as it is. You will not be added to our mailing list a second time.
3.4 You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any of our emails. Unsubscribing after you have entered will not affect your entry.
3.5 Only one entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries will count once. Entries made in bulk, by automated means, through third parties or using multiple or temporary email addresses will be disqualified.
3.6 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for technical reasons. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
4. The prize
4.1 There is one prize: a £500 ESSKA e-gift card to spend at esskashoes.com (the "Prize"). It can be used on any item, including sale items.
4.2 The Prize must be used within 12 months of issue. It can be used across more than one order until the balance runs out. Any balance left after the expiry date will be lost.
4.3 The Prize has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred, and no alternative will be offered, except under clause 4.5.
4.4 Normal ESSKA terms of sale apply to anything bought with the Prize, including your statutory rights and our returns policy. If an item bought with the Prize is returned, the refund will go back onto the gift card or be issued as store credit, not as cash.
4.5 If circumstances outside our control mean we cannot provide the Prize, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4.6 Delivery charges on orders placed with the Prize can be paid from the gift card balance. Winners outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, local taxes or customs charges on orders placed with the Prize, and for any tax due on the Prize itself where they live.
5. Winner selection and notification
5.1 The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the Closing Date, using a verifiable random selection process, supervised by someone independent of the selection.
5.2 We will email the winner at the address used to enter within 7 days of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the Prize. If they do not, or are found to be ineligible, we may draw another winner on the same basis.
5.3 The Prize will be sent by email within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
5.4 We will not ask the winner for payment, bank details or passwords to claim the Prize. Any message claiming to be from ESSKA that does is not from us.
5.5 Our decision on all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final. We will not enter into correspondence about it except as set out in these terms.
5.6 Anyone can request the winner's surname and country by emailing support@esska.co.uk within one month of the Closing Date. The winner may object to this, in which case we may still have to share this information with the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.
6.1 ESSKA is the data controller for personal data collected through the Prize Draw. We will process it in line with UK data protection law and our privacy policy at https://esskashoes.com/pages/privacy-policy.
6.2 We use your email address to run the Prize Draw, check eligibility and contact the winner. We keep entry records for 6 months after the Closing Date, then delete them, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or legal claim.
6.3 New entrants will receive the ESSKA newsletter, with news, new styles and offers by email. Existing subscribers' preferences stay as they are. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Until you unsubscribe, you will stay on our mailing list and receive regular emails from us.
6.4 We use Klaviyo to collect and store entries. We do not sell or share entrants' details with third parties for their own marketing.
6.5 If you win, we will only use your name or image in publicity with your permission.
7. General
7.1 We may disqualify any entry, or withhold the Prize, if we reasonably believe the entrant has broken these terms or entered fraudulently.
7.2 We may cancel, suspend or change the Prize Draw or these terms if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. We will do our best to keep any change fair to entrants and will post it on the entry page.
7.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from taking part in the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize, except where that loss is caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence.
7.4 The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.
7.5 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
