Esska Summer Instagram competition

1. Terms and conditions – Esska Summer Instagram competition. To participate in this competition, users must share their Esska shoe image on Instagram using the hashtag #myesskashoes. Users must be following @esskashoes on Instagram to participate.

2. This competition will run until 23:59 on Thursday 31^st August. Entries made by direct reply to this T&C page will not be accepted.

3. There will be 1 winner per month who will be selected at random. Draws will take place on the 30 th June 2023, 31st July 2023 and 31st August 2023 respectively. Entries made after this point will not be counted. Entrants must fulfil the criteria in point 1 above.

4. The contest is open world-wide. You must follow any local laws in your respective country in respect of Instagram, social media and competition entries and where restrictions apply you must adhere to these.

5. The prize consists of a £100 Esska gift card. This can be redeemed at www.esskashoes.com or at the Esska Shop located at 7 Roslin Square, London, W3 8DH, UK.

6. If you are selected as a winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address. Your prize will be delivered electronically by email.

7. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8. There is no limit to the number of times you may enter the competition.

   Entries will not roll over from month to month. You will be required to re-enter in order to take part in a following month when the preceding month has closed.

9. No purchase is necessary; however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.

10. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.

11. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

12. The winner will be contacted within 3 working days of the competition ending.

13. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data and any images submitted with their entry for marketing purposes. Participants give their consent for entries to be re-posted on Instagram by Esska.

15. The winner's name can be obtained by sending an SAE and covering letter to: Esska IG Competition, Esska, 7 Roslin Square, London, W3 8DH after closure of the promotion.

16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to Esska and not to Instagram. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

17. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.

18. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g.: be photographed or provide a short statement about their win.

19. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

20. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
