ROYAL MAIL – Tracked 24 – next working day - From £6.50 - This is a tracked service aiming to deliver the next working day. This excludes national holidays. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order.
COURIER – Next Working Day (except Saturday) - From £10.00 - This is a tracked, signed for, and guaranteed next day delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. Your package will be delivered with DHL.
ROYAL MAIL – Saturday Special Delivery Guaranteed – £20.00 - For orders placed on Friday before 1pm, delivery will be on Saturday and should take place between 9-5pm. This excludes national holidays.

For Rest of the world, we offer a courier service with DHL. You will find the rate of the shipping when you get to the check out page.
Note on DUTY and import VAT:
For shipments to the EU, our prices include duty, taxes, and any extra fees. You will not be asked to pay anything upon receiving the goods.
For international shipments, you may be asked to pay duty or import VAT when you receive your order. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information.
If you refuse a shipment from Esska, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Esska. You have 14 days (from the day your receive your order) to return new, unworn or unused products for a full refund of the cost of the goods. We advise the customers to return items in their original packaging to ensure products remain undamaged in transit.
For UK orders only:
If you wish to return your order for a refund or an exchange, you need to do so on our portal: esskashoes.com/a/returns and you then have 7 days to return your package.
You will be able to create a FREE Royal Mail label.
We will issue you a refund (excluding the original shipping charge) on receipt of the return or exchange the item upon your request and depending on availability.
For non-UK/ international orders:
You can return your item with your local postal service (or any of your choice), or if you prefer, we offer you the option to create a Return Label and send back the goods with DHL using our negotiated discounted rates. You don't pay the prepaid return post separately, it is deducted from your refund. Please log into the portal to process your return
We are unable to offer exchange for international orders. We will issue a refund and you will need to create a new order.
