How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. You then have 7 days to send them back from when your return gets approved.

• They must be in original condition
• They should be unworn
• In the original packaging

Are there any charges for return?

• If you use Royal Mail, there are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

What if I want an exchange?

• If you want to exchange for a different size, you can complete your exchange request during the process. If we are out of stock of the size yuou want, please write down in notes what you are after and we can inform you if we get them bakc in stock. 
• If you want to exchange for a different style, just fill in the notes what you are after and we will get back to you.
